We are certified with ISO 9001:2015, CNAS and SEDEX, as well have membership of several economical organisation such a German and European Chamber of Commerce as well as QC related organisation as ASQ, AFOA and others.
Most important for us is the close contact to our clients and most flexible service to provide. Fast action and close communication are the key points to serve our clients.

When I started TIC in 2007 my motivation was to secure the products safety for consumer, avoid claims and returns for buyers and improve general supply chain challenges. Many SME do not know all the possible problems, which can emerge with when buying products from Asia.
Global Sourcing Platforms as Alibaba, Global sourcing, etc makes it easy to find a supplier, but increase the risk of faulty supplier, fake and wrong products, non-compliances to local law and many more.
Due to increasing challenges in global supply chain the control of products, process and compliances is more important than ever.
